1.       How much do the “seconds “  know about what is going on – and what has transpired, as we do not know where to start (in advising them).

2.       This is becoming a time consuming matter as we were not dealing with the “seconds” as we understood they were your clients.

3.       Can you please provide us copies of all information they have been provided with – with respect  to the current crisis – (and let us know when we can expect to receive this information )- as we are preparing a short memo to the “seconds” to provide some information to them but need copies (or details) what they know or have been advised.     

4.       We do not mind assisting and/or coordinating  a meeting of the “seconds”  so that they can meet to discuss the matter and receive our input.
