The NOI and cashflow are filed and we have notified the “main” creditors

 

However, could you advise on the following additional potential creditors

 

Property Taxes to municipality  - who paid to – account number – anything o/s ?

Gas company –which company account number – anything owing?

Hydro electric – which company – account number –anything owing ?

Water – who bills this – account number –anything owing?

Trade creditors such as reno companies, paving co?  - details for mailing  - anything owing ?

Insurance company  and broker – should be notified – we need contact details.
